KLG Services Ltd provides a comprehensive septic tank and cesspool emptying service for both businesses and domestic customers. We have been established for 15 years. We have experienced operator-drivers and cover an approximate radius of 50 miles from Farnham, Surrey.

Cesspool Installation & Drainage
We provide a full and comprehensive installation for cesspools, including all relevant drainage works.
We will notify you of any damage or defects found in the tank during clearance. We can provide advice on what action should be taken to rectify any defects and provide you with a competitive quotation to carry out the work.
Cesspits are completely sealed tanks which collect all the effulent. They require frequent emptying due to not having any drainage facility. A modern cesspit serving a single domestic household normally has a capacity of approximately 4,000 gallons / 18,000 litres.
Cesspools are an ideal solution for locations where a septic tank cannot be installed, such as wet or poorly drained sites.
Your tank will contain an early warning alarm to alert you of the need for a de-sludge before problems arise through over-filling.
Septic Installation & Drainage
Septic tanks are the most widely used sewage systems. They collect all the waste water then separate the solid matter from the liquid effluent. The liquid drains through a filter bed or soakaway, whilst the solid matter is retained in the tank and partially digested by natural bacteria.
Modern septic tank design significantly reduces the risk of solids reaching the soakaway, keeping maintenance to a minimum.
The unavoidable sludge needs to be removed by a specialist vacuum tanker at appropriate intervals.
Non-biological cleaning products are recommended, as many household cleaners, particularly toilet cleaners, can retard the bacterial activity in the tank, resulting in the need for more frequent clearances.

Installing Sewage Treatment Plants
Packaged sewage treatment plants are suitable for a variety of applications where access to a main sewer is not a possibility. Single houses, full housing estates, schools, pubs, hotels, campsites and many other sites can make use of a treatment plant.
Treatment plants require a power supply to operate an internal pump and they also provide a higher level of treatment than a septic tank.
We supply, install and service WPL treatment plants. These plants employ a well proven aerobic biological process for the purification of domestic and commercial sewage and waste.
The WPL plant produces an effulent that meets environmental agency requirements for discharge to a drainage ditch or water course.
We provide full and comprehensive WPL plant installation. We will arrange the appropriate licensing with the Environment Agency on your behalf; supply and install the plant, and carry out all drainage and electrical work.

CCTV Surveys & Reports
KLG Services Ltd can carry out CCTV surveys on drainage systems using Pearpoint equipment. We can also carry out detailed condition reports on pipework, septic tanks, cesspools and processing plants.

Pumping Chamber Installation & Servicing
Where a gravity connection to a main sewer cannot be made a pump station can provide a solution.
Pumps are suitable for handling domestic and industrial waste, as well as surface water. Single and twin systems are available to handle all requirements from domestic to larger commercial sites.
We provide a full and comprehensive installation of pump stations, including all relevant drainage works and rising main installations and connection. We also carry out future servicing where required, incorporating contract availability, ongoing maintenance and emergency services.
