Regular Service Scheme

Our Regular Service Scheme provides you with clearances at pre-arranged intervals to the frequency you choose, removing the hassle of organising each clearance.

Regular Service Scheme membership provides you with priority attention and peace of mind. It also enables our operatives to become familiar with any special requirements of your sewage installation, enabling the service to take place in your absence.

The frequency of clearances will depend upon many factors: the geographical location, surrounding soil characteristics, and of course, the number of people it serves.

To become a KLG Regular Service Scheme member, simply complete and return the form below stating the frequency of clearances required, commencement date, type of sewage system and quantity to be removed.

Your instructions will be entered into our long-term work programme and we will send you confirmation of your joining the scheme within 21 days.

You can adjust the frequency of clearances or the quantity to be removed, at any time, simply by contacting us.

However, should you wish to cancel your servicing agreement, it would assist us to recieve two weeks notice of your intention.
